After one month use of bromelain pineapple extract supplements, I’m back with my first update. Will it mean eye floaters no more for me? Find out here.

After one month of taking one of these capsules (bromelain) on a daily basis and sadly, but not surprisingly I haven’t noticed any change at all to my eye floaters for the better or worse. So does that mean that bromelain does not work well?

I did predict that it was going to have no effect at all in the first month and that it would probably need a longer period of time in order to really be a fair trial of the product.

Since my first video about bromelain and deciding to give it a go, several people have contacting me sharing the experience of using bromelain and also just letting me know that they have had, what they feel has been success that came over a longer period of time of use. Some of the people who have been in contact with me have felt that it had made a significant impact in their lifestyle; to the extent that they have been able to get on and not think about their floaters on a regular basis.

Obviously that may encourage anybody who is suffering really badly from vitreous floaters but the reality is that there is also a lot of people who use bromelain that do not find that it has helped at all.

So it is definitely important you know this. Just be realistic about your expectations when it comes to what bromelain might do for you on an individual basis.

In my first video, I did also say that after one month I may consider increasing my bromelain intake from one capsule to two capsules on a daily basis, the actual product that I have recommends that you use up to three capsules on a daily basis and I have been taking one capsule throughout the one month, so I have decided that what I am going to do is to give it more of a thorough go.

I am going to increase my intake of the tablet from one capsule to two capsules over the next two months and that way I can perhaps make a fair assessment of the product and feedback my final thoughts and suggestions for anybody else who is thinking about trying bromelain and has not done so already.

My experiences of taking bromelain itself at the moment has been absolutely fine, no issues with side effects such as stomach complaints or anything like that at all and I feel that from a safety point of view that it is a safe product which is always an important consideration when taking products that are widely used for other reasons because it is not necessarily intended for eye floaters, then it is important to know that at least it is a safe product.

So that’s my quick update about bromelain and the results I’ve had in the first month of use. I’m sure there’s many of you that might be disappointing that there has not been any impact at all on my floaters but I am going to keep trying so that at least we can get a fair idea of bromelain. 

I think realistically, just bear in mind of the people who do say that they have had benefits from bromelain have been using it and continue to use it on an ongoing basis.

My purpose of making this post is not to give people false hope about products like this but it is really to answer real questions that people have about products and they are going out and trying anyway, so at least we can explore those questions together and hopefully answer them in a way that is safe and really allows people to make an informed decision about whether or not something like this is worth trying.
